The water pipe embedded in the wall was not only responsible for conveying water, but also had to accept the test of water pressure for a long time in the future use. In particular, the connection part of the water pipe was prone to leak because it could not withstand the test. Therefore, Pressure test shall be carried out for all construction involving waterway to test the pressure bearing capacity of the reconstructed pipeline.

Under normal circumstances, the pressure shall be boosted before and after the waterway reconstruction to better test the pressure bearing capacity of the water pipe and ensure that the pipeline does not leak and use. In the actual decoration, this important link is often ignored by people, laying hidden dangers for future use, causing water seepage and even burst of the water pipe. Therefore, the pressure test is also an important link of pipeline laying.

1. Before the waterway construction, it is necessary to carry out the water pipe pressure test. If the pressure test is not qualified, it should be solved first before starting the construction to prevent unclear responsibilities later.

2. The next pressure test shall be carried out 24 hours after the waterway construction. The pressure test can be carried out only after all water pipes are welded. Before the pressure test, all plugs shall be plugged and the valve of the water inlet main pipe shall be closed.

3. Water pipe pressurization process:

(1) During the pressurization test, the cold and hot water pipes shall be connected with hoses to ensure that the cold and hot water pipes are pressurized at the same time.

(2) Install the pressure regulator, discharge the air in the pipe, and fill the whole circuit with water; After closing the water meter and the external gate valve, start to pressurize. "The hydraulic test of the indoor water supply pipeline needs to meet the design requirements. When the design is not specified, the test pressure of the water supply pipeline system of various materials is 1.5 times of the working pressure, but not less than 0.6 MPa.

Inspection method: observe the metal and composite pipe water supply pipeline system under the test pressure for 10 minutes, the pressure drop should not be greater than 0. O2 M Pa, and then reduce it to the working pressure for inspection, and there should be no leakage; The plastic pipe water supply system shall be stabilized for 1 hour under the test pressure, and the pressure drop shall not exceed 0. O5MPa. Then it shall be stabilized for 2 hours under the condition of 1.1 5 times of the working pressure, and the pressure drop shall not exceed 0. O3MPa. At the same time, it shall be checked that there is no leakage at each connection, and the pressurization result is qualified.

How to pressurize the pipeline?

The pipeline length shall be taken according to the actual situation, but the length shall not be longer than 500m; The two ends of the pipeline shall be equipped with sealed flange plates, the middle shall be sealed with silica gel plates, fastened with bolts, and equipped with ball valves. One end shall be the water inlet, and the other end shall be the water outlet. At the water inlet end, a pressure gauge shall be installed, and water shall be slowly injected into the pipeline through a press under no pressure. When injecting water, pay attention to opening the exhaust hole; Until the pipeline is filled with water, close the vent hole, gradually increase the pipeline pressure to the test pressure and stabilize it for 30min. During this period, if the pressure drops, water can be injected to supplement the pressure, but it should not be higher than the test pressure. Check whether there is leakage at the pipeline interface, accessories, etc. If there is leakage, stop the pressure test, find out the cause and solve the leakage, and then organize the pressure test according to step 5 to show that there is no leakage; Continue visual inspection for another 90in. If there is still no leakage, the pressure test is qualified.
