1、 Requirements for mounting bracket

1. The spacing between supports of thin-walled stainless steel pipes should not be greater than that specified in the following table. The spacing between fixed supports of hot water pipes should be determined according to the thermal expansion amount of the pipeline, the allowable compensation amount of expansion joints, etc. The contact between the fixed support and the pipeline shall be tightly fixed and firm. The movable support shall be flexible, and a gap of 3-5 mm shall be left between the sliding bracket and the sliding bracket. 1. The buried pipe shall be protected from the acid and alkali corrosion of the soil on the outer wall of the pipe or the damage of sharp and hard sundries. Binding anti-corrosion measures should be taken, such as wrapping two layers of polyethylene tape, or coating epoxy resin, and then wrapping glass fiber plastic cloth.

2. Pipe sleeves shall be set when the pipeline passes through the floor slab and load-bearing wall. The diameter of the embedded sleeve shall be 1-2 larger than that of the stainless steel pipeline. Plastic pipes can be used as pipe sleeves. When the pipeline passes through the roof and basement exterior wall, metal pipe sleeves should be used. Plastic pipes can be used in other occasions. The sleeve should be 20mm higher than the ground and roof (50mm should be taken in the toilet or kitchen) and strict water defense measures should be taken.
